What I ate this month

This month, Mike was on fire! He's been cooking up a storm and I've been reaping the benefits (except for the poundage right around my thigh area).

Mike will come home with something that looks like this...

Mike takes my dislikes and makes it a challenge for himself to create a version of that particular dislike to try and change my mind about it. In this case it was a lemon tart.

Umm, yes, we eat that much meat.

Finally, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Apple Maple Syrup. You can find the recipe on the Youngrens blog. They tried out the recipe and, by the looks of it, it turned out phenomenal!
