My own personal chef

I don't know how to cook, I'm sure I've admitted this pitiful fact several times in my blog. Fortunately, I married a really great cook, my own personal chef. And I know I constantly talk about Mike's culinary skills, but now I want to show you some of his most recent work. Taking pictures of food is not one of my finer abilities but I hope it will still illustrate how awesome my husband is for creating such amazing dishes. All his recipes are in his head and he doesn't even use a cookbook! Keep in mind, he makes almost everything from scratch, including the potato chips!!
I'll be posting more of his creations every month or so, so you can see what I get to eat on a regular basis =)
